Paulus Manker

Paulus Manker was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Manker kickstarted his acting career in various films such as the Hannelore Hoger documentary "Die Macht der Gefuehle" (1983), "Sternberg-Shooting Star" (1988) and "My 20th Century" (1990) starring Dorota Segda. He also appeared in "Weiningers Nacht" (1991). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "Hanna Monster, Liebling" (1992) with Marika Green, the Götz George comedy "Der Sturzflieger" (1995) and the Andre Eisermann dramatic adaptation "Brother of Sleep" (1996). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the drama "Code Unknown" (2001) with Juliette Binoche, the comedy "C(R)ook" (2004) with Henry Hübchen and "King of Thieves" (2004) with Iakov Kultiasov. He also appeared in the drama "Slumming" (2006) with Maria Bill. Most recently, Manker acted in "Jack" (2015).
