Cartman wins an essay competition at school and gets a prize from a celebrity for it. Meanwhile, Cartman wants to develop into a strong muscleman by taking a new muscle-building drug.

When the boys tease Stan about his dog being gay, Sparky runs away, and finds sanctuary with animal loving Big Gay Al.
