Following Sarah and Gaynor as they run Bognor Regis's busiest recruitment agency. As the world emerges from covid-related lockdowns, the staunchly pro-Brexit couple encounters a world quite different from what they expected. Before Brexit, the vast majority of their workforce had been Eastern European, but now they have to find a way to source primarily British workers. Between hosting job fairs and convincing ex-offenders to reenter the job market, the couple has their hands full as they readjust to a post-covid and post-Brexit world.
