Britain By Bike With Larry & George Lamb

On the Yorkshire Dales, the pair learn how to train a sheepdog, make pork pies, go fly-fishing and enjoy a raucous evening of ferret racing.

Larry and George Lamb start their visit to the Scottish Highlands with a speedboat tour of Loch Lomond, and cycle through the Trossachs National Park.

Heading for the beach on the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast, Larry takes a tour of an Iron Age fort and George attempts part of the Tour of Pembrokeshire.

Father and son duo cycle through the New Forest National Park where they encounter the famous ponies, set up a bushcraft camp, attend a chair building class, and canoe down the Beaulieu River.

Larry and George load their bikes on to the Paddington-Penzance sleeper train, take a ferry across the Celtic sea to head to the Isles of Scilly. Landing in the capital St Mary's, they join local cycling tour guide and retired tourism officer Steve.

Larry and George take their bikes on a cycle tour of the Peak District, Britain's first ever National Park. They also join the World Hen Racing Championships, and indulge in the local tradition of springtime sheep-washing.
