Former England cricketer Freddie Flintoff prepares to ditch the cricket pitch for the boxing ring in this series. Injuries may have forced Flintoff to retire from cricket at the age of 33, but they won't stop him from embarking on his toughest challenge to date - becoming a professional boxer. The series follows the cricketer as he works with former boxer Barry McGuigan to train for what could be Flintoff's final chance to get back into professional sports - a boxing match in front of thousands of spectators at the Manchester Arena. McGuigan and his son, boxing trainer Shane, have four months to train Flintoff for his heavyweight fight against a credible professional boxer.
