George Clarke, and Scarlette and Stuart Douglas guide teams as they renovate and sell properties. Harriet tries to turn a profit on a flat in her hometown. Pamela and Gordon break all of George Clarke's rules and seem destined for disaster.

Mother and daughter, Janet and Olivia believe that creating a stylish show home will catapult them into first place, while brothers, Ricky and Andrew, are stung by massive auction fees and left with a tiny budget to complete a full renovation.

The last two teams to buy finally find properties, but they're hundreds of miles from home. Being so far away from a building project has disastrous consequences for Zoe. A life-changing decision threatens Amit and Aman's place in the competition.

The battle to be the first to flip a second property hots up. Early leader Harriet plans a super-quick makeover in Bolton, but it's the end of the road for one team who have to bow out of the competition.

Ricky and Andrew think they can spend more to make more with a massive structural overhaul, but Janet and Olivia think they can beat them with a show home strategy on a shoestring budget.

As the competition comes to an end, three teams are still in the running for the life-changing prize. As Janet and Olivia make a final push to regain the top spot, Pamela and Gordon desperately try to get their enormous project finished in time.
