Fashion consultant Gok Wan sets out to help troubled teens by offering them the advice, confidence and self-belief that they need in order to tackle their issues and anxieties, including bullying and simply being different. Gok, who struggled with his own body image and confidence when he was younger, draws on his personal experience when mentoring the young people. Throughout the series, Gok speaks with celebrities - including TV presenter Fearne Cotton and singer Duncan James - who discuss their own experiences during their teenage years.
