Yuan Wan'er, a girl living in Tang Dynasty, gets severely injured; Yang Xiaoxiao, a modern girl chocks in the middle of a food contest. At the brink of death Yang's soul goes into Yuan Wan'er's body and wakes up to discover that herself has now travelled into an ancient time, with great skills in cooking.
