Hector is a doctor in Strasbourg and for the last five years has shared his life with Jérémie, with plans underway for them to have a child. One day, Hector meets Louise, his first love.

Louise is carrying Hector's child but is unsure whether to keep the baby. He rapidly discovers the reason: she is already mother to a 19 year-old son. Hector also has to reassure Jérémie who is suffering from his increasing absences.

After having confessed to Louise, Jérémie and Anna the double life he's been living for the past year, they never want to see Hector again and he falls into depression. A few weeks later, Jérémie feels lonely and finds unexpected support from Louise.
