Jun, who was caught in a chase between Blue Cop and Mega Trucker, manages to obtain Metal Breath and searches for its true identity. However, by chance, Blue Cop appears when Metal Breath is activated.

The town is thrown into chaos because of Mega Trucker, as he cannot help but dance when he hears music. Jun teams up with Blue Cop for the first time and attempts to seal Mega Trucker.

Jun tries to prove that Metal Cardbot is not a bad guy in order to clear up Edo's misunderstanding. However, Edo wants Blue Cop to leave the town, and when Jun finds out about this, he goes looking for Blue Cop.

Rumours spread about a black ambulance that picks up people and disappears. A few days later, Teo is taken away by the black ambulance. Anna sees this and alerts Jun, and Jun and Blue Cop head out to rescue Teo.

A fire truck begins going around extinguishing every fire it sees. As people start to suffer due to this, Jun lures the fire truck to the school and summons a Metal Cardbot with Metal Breath for help.

A transparent figure follows Jun on the way to school and after school. Blue Cop, who discovers the identity of this figure, finds Metal Cardbot Shadow X and attempts to seal it with Jun.
