Sota Mizushino was watching the anime Elemental Symphony of Vogelchevalier in his room when he suddenly sees Selesia Upitiria, a character from the anime.

Sota tries to fulfill Selesia's wish to meet the Creator of her story, and contacts Takashi Matsubara, the author of "Elemental Symphony of Vogelchevalier". Selesia waits for Matsubara at Ikebuk.

Selesia gets rescued by Yuya Mirokuji, a character from the manga Exclusive Underground. Mirokuji is uninterested in making the Creators revise his story.
