Teesside actor Mark Benton joins forces with Robson Green on a quest across the North Yorkshire coastline to sample outdoor activities that promise to be good for the mind and body.

Footballer Jill Scott joins Robson on his mission to find new ways of engaging with the great outdoors. A gentle stroll around the Helmsley Walled Garden is followed by a picturesque drive through the landscape of North Yorkshire.

Former Britain's Got Talent winner Lost Voice Guy, aka Lee Ridley, is Robson's guest on his trip to Weardale and County Durham to explore ways of spending time in the outdoors. Lee takes Robson to a favourite spot he used to walk as a child.

Robson is joined by his uncle Matheson and nephew Daymon on his quest to spend more time in the great outdoors. The trio head to Rothbury in Northumberland, where they sample a guided birdwatching walk before setting up camp on a farm.
