A Muslim festival is the site of an intense clash between Patriot Blue and the anarchist group Antifasc. Kane's arrival upsets the balance, causing a flow-on effect to spread through his estranged family.

Kane reconnects with Cindi, his sister, and widens Patriot Blue's mission. Dismayed that Kane is moving in fascist circles, Gabe nevertheless maintains her own shadowy connections.

A power struggle ensues within Patriot Blue, as Blake starts to feel challenged by Kane's rising popularity and decides to test him. A `rites of passage' weekend away is organised for the whole group. Kane's mother Gabe alerts Marco of his return, and police intelligence is compromised.

Kane's takeover of Patriot Blue gains traction. A Patriot Blue funeral is the site of a failed ambush, and in its aftermath, Antifasc launches a counterstrike, inflaming racial tensions.

George Anabasis becomes a target for both sides due to his influence over a Muslim immigration bill. Kane's attention is captured by a potential deal with Marco, as well as his feelings for Zoe.

Patriot Blue and Antifasc converge on George Anabasis, leading to a violent conclusion as extremist sentiments are stoked on both sides.
