Si and Dave preside over seven budding chocolatiers, battling it out for the chance to create their very own chocolate bar to be manufactured and sold by one of the biggest chocolate companies in the world. Under the scrutiny of award-winning chocolatier Ruth Hinks, each week they must create real-world products, with whoever comes up short given their marching orders. Under the watchful eyes of Ruth and the Bikers, the seven contestants race against the clock, hoping they have produced a bar that has mass appeal and great flavour to boot.
