Simon Lamont visits Mayo, the picturesque county that is Ireland as you imagined with unspoiled landscape. Simon gets straight to work for his dinner as he fishes in the Atlantic Ocean and herds' sheep on Achill Island.
Simon Lamont visits Tipperary which, with rolling hills and deep valleys, has some of the best grazing pastures in the country. Simon gets very tactile with his food as he massages some Wagyu cows. In a county known for his alcohol and apples Simon combines them both with his slow and low roasted pork belly.

Simon makes his way to Kilkenny, where he chances his arm at some fly-fishing for his whole stuffed trout dish. A trip the market allows Simon to explore the street food that is taking the small city by hold and inspires his Asian Duck Noodle dish.
