He rides the Isle of Man TT circuit with superbike ace Chris Walker, learns to road race with Neil Morrissey and joins Harley mad DJ Neil Fox. He also gets time to embark on some restoration on his beloved old Honda.

In the second programme with motorcycle enthusiast and writer, Henry Cole, he reviews the latest movie on the TT. He checks out the runners and riders on this year's British Superbike grid, continues restoring his old Honda, and joins Superbike rider Chris Walker as they deliver pizzas.

Adventurer and motorcycle enthusiast Henry Cole returns with the motorbike magazine show. In the first programme, he learns how to trials ride with 12 times World Champion Dougie Lampkin, and has a go at the fine art of sidecar riding. We get a potted history of the crash helmet, and check the progress of another bike restoration. Has Pete the bike restorer stitched Henry up with another two-wheel basket case?

Presenter and motorcycle enthusiast Henry Cole rides some Caf Racers, custom bikes from the '50s and '60s that are still amazing today. Unfortunately, the restoration of his1970 Bonneville currently does not promise such thrills in the future. Still looking ahead though, Henry turns his mind to the next generation of riders. Just how young should you begin to learn to ride a motorbike? Henry's own kids are about to find out.

Henry Cole enters his first ever motorbike race and goes training with legendary British Superbike racer Chris 'The Stalker' Walker. Then he goes off-road riding with Dakar Rally competitor Lyndon Poskitt before trying his hand at second hand bike dealing. We get an update on the 1970 Triumph Bonneville which is in bits as Henry and Pete The Restorer make their own wheels.
