Dr. Rupy rustles up budget friendly meals with anti-poverty campaigner Jack Monroe, including a halloumi and vegetable traybake, a smoky jambalaya and a tinned fruit crumble.

Dr. Rupy is joined in the kitchen by health campaigner and fellow NHS doctor Zoe Williams. He cooks a chilli bean stir-fry, Mexican bean bowl and a vibrant roast vegetable hummus.

Dr. Rupy is joined by author of the Roasting Tin Rukmini Iyer, and shares his favourite one-pot recipes, including a baked rice dish and a mushroom, chickpea and spinach curry.

Ian Theasby and Henry Firth from BOSH! visit the Doctor's Kitchen for some vegan delights. Dr. Rupy serves up Afghan inspired flatbread, creamy pasta and speedy Singapore noodles.

Food activist Melissa Hemsley joins Dr. Rupy in the kitchen as he cooks a pick-me-soup, a seasonal pie full of green goodness and a zero waste, maximum flavour pot roast chicken.

Inspired by guest Miguel Barclay, Dr. Rupy creates three meals for less than one pound per portion - granola and berry compote, a vegan meatball pasta pot and a chipotle bean stew.
