Time Is a Killer

Clotilde Baron must face her past when she goes back to the scene of a family tragedy in Corsica. No sooner has she arrived than she receives a letter from her mother, presumed dead.

A familiar face at the station helps Clotilde obtain the file on the accident. A lead in the file sends her to the Marianis, who reveal some worrying information, and she is plunged into danger.

Clotilde tells Stephane what she knows about Cesar. Back in 1994, Paul hears some unpalatable truths, while Palma is losing trust in him and there is an attack on the hotel.

Palma gives Paul an ultimatum: he must choose between her and his father. While in 2019, Clotilde and Valentine are at loggerheads over Valentine's loyalty to her grandfather.

With Salome threatening his world, Paul must lie to Palma to maintain control. In 2019, surprising fingerprints are found after Palma's letter and necklace are left in Clotilde's house.

Paul confesses to the affair two years previously, which is the final straw for Palma. In the present, Cassanu collapses and is taken to hospital after a hysterical Clotilde confronts him.
