S1, E3: In this episode, Janny examines the differences between what we like to eat in the city versus the country. In Spakenburg, Janny wears the traditional costume and makes milk purée and ketelkoek. Janny visits Avocado Show in Amsterdam, a mono-restaurant and the trend of the city. She assists in the kitchen and talks with owners Ron Simpson and Julian Zaal. Janny goes to Brabant for their popular sausage roll and takes a look inside the factory. Together with Margriet Cooymans and Ben Voermans, she gets the chance to make onel. And in Limburg, Janny prepares sour meat with the locals.
