S1, E3: A look at the features of the Al Janoub Stadium, and a visit to a Spanish-language radio station. Martín tours the Al Janoub Stadium, a World Cup designated site with a retractable roof of 13,000 pieces and built with a cooling system that keeps temperatures at 65 degrees Farenheit for the fans and 68 degrees on the field. Later, we visit one of Qatar’s most popular radio stations, Golfo Radio, a broadcast that has managed to win over locals and foreigners with its programming exclusively in Spanish and Latin music. In the evening, we head to Qatar’s biggest open air mall, Katara, a place that surprises with air conditioned streets and the local store of Paris-based Galeries Lafayette.
