The Quick and the Dead
Ellen, a mysterious female gunslinger, rides into a small, dingy and depressing prairie town with revenge in her heart, angling to win a gun competition. The pot is a huge sum of money and there's only one rule: that you follow the rules of the man that set up the contest - sadistic Sheriff Herod. She then meets Cort, ex-outlaw turned preacher, a man Herod wants to see turn back to violence.
