Norman Wisdom: Man of the Moment

Norman is a filing clerk in Whitehall, who spends most of his time swooning over pictures of his favourite film star. When he accompanies some diplomats to Geneva, he succeeds in creating a large amount of chaos. After knocking out one of the delegates, he is to take his place. But at the meeting, he spies his favourite film star and interrupts the proceedings. Through such behaviour he makes friends but also enemies, and one of them wants him dead!
