Jane and the CBI try to find the killer of a young man found burned to death outside a cabaret featuring female impersonators. During the investigation, they discover a list of suspects, all of whom bullied the victim.

Gary Wilde gives Rocky and CeCe the responsibility for running the show, which leads to arguments and disasters. Rocky eventually brings in some neighbourhood dancers to perform.
