Jean Galland

Jean Galland was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Galland began his career with roles in "Entente Cordiale" (1939) and the Charles Boyer drama "The Earrings of Madame De. ." (1954). Galland then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in the fantasy romance "Marianne de ma jeunesse" (1955) with Marianne Hold, the Robert Mitchum drama "Foreign Intrigue" (1956) and the crime adaptation "Beauty Up His Sleeve" (1958) with Henri Vidal. He also appeared in "The Keepers" (1958) and the dramatic adaptation "Les Godelureaux" (1961) with Jean-Claude Brialy. Later in his career, Galland acted in "Thank Heaven For Small Favors" (1963). Galland passed away in July 1967 at the age of 80.
