Noel Harrison

Noel Harrison was a British actor who carved out quite a successful career for himself on the Hollywood big screen. Harrison started his acting career landing roles in films, such as "The Best of Enemies" (1961), the Dirk Bogarde comedic adaptation "Agent 8 3/4" (1965) and the Kim Novak comedy adaptation "The Amorous Adventures of Moll Flanders" (1965). He also appeared in "Where the Spies Are" (1965) with Francoise Dorleac. Harrison worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "The Girl From U.N.C.L.E." (NBC, 1966-67). His film career continued throughout the seventies and the eighties in productions like "Take a Girl Like You" (1970) and "Power" (1986). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Tongs" (ABC, 1988-89). He also appeared in the TV special "Call Holme" (CBS, 1971-72). Harrison had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties, including "Tagget" (USA, 1990-91), "The Legend of Prince Valiant" (Family Channel Studios, 1991-95) and "Tracey Takes On. ." (HBO, 1995-99). His credits also expanded to "Deja Vu" (1998). Harrison last acted in the thriller "The Murder in China Basin" (1999) with Elizabeth Rossa. Harrison passed away in October 2013 at the age of 77.
