Tommy Bastow

Tommy Bastow was a British actor who became a familiar face in his native country before seeking fame across the pond. Born in Epsom, Surrey, England, Bastow began acting when he was still a teenager, booking a two-episode arc on the action series "M.I. High" (CBBC, 2007-2014), before landing his first film gig in the teen romantic comedy "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" (2008), based on the popular YA novel series by Louise Rennison. Bastow's film roles continued with parts in "The Boys Are Back" (2009) and "Exorcismus" (2010). In 2011, Bastow hit professional pay dirt when he landed a three-episode arc on the beloved, long-running British soap opera "EastEnders" (BBC One, 1985-). Bastow then went on to appear in a series of TV mini-series, including "Something's Wrong" (BBC, 2015), "Harley and the Davidsons" (Discovery, 2016), and "Man in an Orange Shirt" (BBC, 2017). Bastow landed his first high profile American gig when he was cast in the post-apocalyptic drama "The Crossing" (ABC, 2018-), alongside Rick Gomez and Steve Zahn.
