A village is tormented by a Yoma and as a last resort the village chief asks a Claymore for help; Raki follows the Claymore.

A strange man from the organisation gives Clare a Black Card; Raki encounters a man who explains what Claymores are.

Clare is called in to take care of a Yoma in the holy city of Rabona.

Clare is taken to the inn to recover from injuries she received during her fight with Yoma and Raki stays next to her during the recovery.

Another Claymore known as Teresa appears in a town where she quickly dispatches a Yoma.

Teresa heads towards the town of Rokut to drop off Clare; the man whose arm was chopped off is back for revenge.
