Emily visits her hometown for the first time since her sister's death. While joining her childhood friends to prepare for the town's Christmas party, an unexpected gift appears, leaving it up to the group to solve an unforeseen Christmas mystery.

After her dramatic attempt to flee, Emily decides to stay and help the group solve the mystery.

The visitor overstays his welcome and has to go. The group come together to get the creep out so they can return to the mystery investigation.
