Vittorio, a popular and bright 18-year-old, has just won a municipal urban renewal tender designed for students when he discovers he has been reported for disseminating child pornography.

Vittorio attempts to reconcile his personal drama with everyday life, especially considering his role as president of Officina 27. His relationship with Costanza takes a turn for the worse.

Vittorio tries to revive his public image by giving a heartfelt speech in front of the whole Officina 27 group, but something does not sit well with Costanza. Meanwhile, the boy decides to meet Marta in a park to apologise to her.
