The sequel to the hugely successful `The Love Bug' finds the free-wheeling Volkswagen doing his utmost to prevent ruthless property developers from erecting a skyscraper on the site of his friend's house. As the bulldozers move in for the kill, Herbie arrives on the scene, supported by every other VW in San Francisco.
