Sayuri enrolls in the Fleurir Confectionery School to begin her training as pâtissier.

In an orientation exercise for new students, Sayuri is paired with Ryou, the boy she met before the entrance ceremony.

As Golden Week kicks off, Sayuri is invited to shop for ingredients with instructor Suzumi Yoshinosuke and help him make a dessert.

Hanafusa Gilbert, a French instructor, tries to make a dessert that captures the image of Japan.

During their tour, Gilbert and Sayuri visit the shop owned by instructor Aoi Mitsuki's family.
