A League of Their Own

In 1943, Carson Shaw landed in Chicago to take place in the selections of the American League of Women's Baseball. There she met women who also dreamed of becoming professional baseball players.

Max and Clance prepare for Clance's housewarming party. Max asks Gary for a big favour. For their part, the Peaches meet Dove Porter, their coach, and must meet the League's demands regarding their appearance.

In the church, Max is faced with a difficult choice to realise his dream of playing baseball. For her part, Clance is torn apart by a heavy secret. Sitting in last place, Peaches must absolutely improve.

The Peaches are on the move and must find a new way to play together. Meanwhile, a new life and a new job at the factory await Clance. Max finally gets the chance she has been waiting for.

Max and Carson join forces to improve their respective games and overcome their fears. Max gets back in contact with his estranged family. Carson doesn't know how to lead the team if he can't win Lupe over.

Max and Bertie grow closer, and Bertie gives Max something beautiful. Clance gets inspiration. Fortune smiles on the Peaches on the field. Carson's concerns about Lupe's loyalty lead to an unexpected revelation.
