ポール・ゲンゲ

Paul Genge was an actor who was no stranger to being featured in numerous film roles throughout his Hollywood career. Early on, Genge mostly landed roles in various films, including "North By Northwest" (1959) with Cary Grant, "The Beat Generation" (1959) and the James Stewart dramatic adaptation "The F.B.I. Story" (1959). Genge worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Mr. Lucky" (CBS, 1959-1960). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the dramatic adaptation "Because They're Young" (1960) with Dick Clark, "The Crowded Sky" (1960) with Dana Andrews and the drama "The Sandpiper" (1965) with Elizabeth Taylor. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Twilight Zone" (CBS, 1959-1964). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in "Hot Rods to Hell" (1967), the action movie "Bullitt" (1968) with Steve McQueen and "The Outfit" (1973). Genge more recently appeared in "Hit Lady" (ABC, 1974-75). Genge passed away in May 1988 at the age of 75.
