Renowned actress Alison Matthews has held various roles in television. Her career began with roles in "The X-Files" (1993-2002), "Poltergeist: The Legacy" (Syfy, 1995-2000) and "Millennium" (Fox, 1996-99). She also appeared in "Mercy Point" (UPN, 1998-99). She also appeared in the TV movie "A Child Is Missing" (CBS, 1995-96). She continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "Beggars and Choosers" (Showtime, 1999-2001) and "Just Deal" (NBC, 2000-02). During these years, she also worked in film, earning a part in "Snow Dogs" (2002). Recently, she tackled roles on "The L Word" (2003-09), "life as we know it" (ABC, 2004-05) and "Supernatural" (2005-). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "10.5" (2003-04). Matthews most recently acted on "Gracepoint" (Fox, 2014-15).
