Eddie Conrad

Eddy Conrad was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Conrad started off his career in film with roles in "Gateway" (1938) and "Just Around the Corner" (1938) with Shirley Temple Black. Conrad then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "In Old Monterey" (1939), the Constance Bennett comedy sequel "Topper Takes a Trip" (1939) and the Don Ameche musical "Down Argentine Way" (1940). He also appeared in the comedy "Lucky Partners" (1940) with Ronald Colman. Later in his career, Conrad acted in the musical comedy "The Great American Broadcast" (1941) with Alice Faye. Conrad passed away in April 1941 at the age of 49.
