Yi Je makes a prescription perfect for a convict; a concoction that gets Eui Sik having no choice but to release a convict from prison.

An accident caused by Jae Hwan brings an expecting couple to the Kang Hospital; one of them doesn't make it, and Jae Hwan takes the scene even further by interrupting their best surgeon, who happens to be in the middle of an EVD surgery.

So Geum grades the convict who's set for execution with a psychopath test and a lie detector test; Eui Sik wants to hear from her to give a better concluding decision towards the suspect; Jae Hwan survives the crash, but Yi Je changes the plan.

After finding out that Yi Je is operating in the same hospital as her, So Geum's heart flutters as she remembers her past with him; Yi Je works on a deal with the hospital's chairman; he wants to use it to take revenge on Jae Hwan.

Min Sik suspects that Yi Je planned the accident that happened to Jae Hwan; an unexpected phone call rattles Yi Je, but he doesn't fret too easily; Yi Je needs to double time to get his way through the allegations made by his enemy's teammate.

So Geum tells Yi Je to fix up his act; now that he's captured Jae Hwan, he should end things; she doesn't want him to have a bigger problem further down the line; the two find out that they've been looking for the same person all along.
