Roger Miller

Grammy-winning Roger Miller was an exceptionally talented musician. Miller worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Burt Reynolds' Late Show" (NBC, 1973-74), "Im Lauf der Zeit" (1976) starring Rudiger Vogler and "John Denver: Thank God I'm a Country Boy" (ABC, 1976-77). He also contributed to "Robin Hood" (1973), "Superman III" with Christopher Reeve (1983) and "The Ice Palace" (CBS, 1970-71). In the eighties and the nineties, Miller's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the thriller "Maximum Overdrive" (1986) with Emilio Estevez, the Terence Hill comedy "Lucky Luke" (1994) and the Jon Favreau dramatic comedy "Swingers" (1996). Miller's music was also featured in "Hide and Seek" (1997), the dramatic adventure "Traveller" (1997) with Bill Paxton and "Men of Honor" (2000). His music was also featured in the action picture "Shanghai Knights" (2003) with Jackie Chan. Miller's music was most recently used in the Johnny Knoxville documentary "Being Evel" (2015).
