Lisa Frank, a young artist with a dream, turns her sticker business into a cultural revolution with the help of a team of artists and designers. One of them, James Green, becomes much more than an employee.

Lisa and James start a family, but it is far from a happy ending. Some former employees reveal a dark side, in stark contrast to the cheerful designs they create.

Lisa and James are at odds with each other and their relationship ends with a bitter divorce. The consequences of the contentious battle that ensues are disproportionate and even the employees are affected.
