維若妮卡·法肯

Known for her frequent roles as strong, uncompromising women, actor Veronica Falcon was born in Mexico City. Earning her teaching degree (the U.S. equivalent to a B.A.) by the age of 16, Falcon became fluent in not just Spanish and English, but French and German as well. She began carving out a career for herself as both an actor and a dancer, striking up a successful and long lasting relationship as a choreographer for Mexico's National Opera Company. She made her feature film debut as an actor in 1995 with a minor role in the Selma Hayek movie "Midaq Alley" (1995), but Falcon would truly begin pursuing a career on screen in the 2000s, joining the cast of the series "Desde Gayola" (Telehit, 2002-05) in 2005. She would go on to appear in feature films like the thriller "Hasta el viento tiene miedo" (2007) before taking on the role of Aurora on the series "The Disorderly Maids of the Neighborhood" (Televisa, 2009-) in 2009. She would make guest appearances on shows like the prison drama "Capadocia" (HBO Latino, 2008-2012) and "El Señor de los Cielos" (NBC Telemundo, 2013-) before joining the cast of the international hit crime series "Queen of the South" (USA, 2016-).
