Know Your Place

Robel Haile, a 15-year-old Eritrean-American boy, must deliver a huge and heavy suitcase across town, destined for a sick family member in his parents’ homeland. With his best friend Fahmi by his side, their simple errand turns into an odyssey across Seattle. As they navigate the realities of a rapidly changing city, Robel confronts questions of identity, family duty, and the loss and dislocation felt by many in the only community he's ever known as home.
