The Little Ponderosa Zoo
The Little Ponderosa Zoo is preparing for their upcoming festival, and as in years past, everyone in the town of Perrysburg plans on attending the annual fundraiser that keeps the zoo afloat. The animal loving Freeman family, Jack, Judy, and their young daughter, Charlie opened the zoo years earlier after sharing their own home with the many animals they had rescued through the years. With the help of Mr. Baker, their dependable zookeeper, the zoo has always been a huge hit to the small town. Bob Defain, president of Perrysburg Bank is searching for a solution to some of his own money issues. When he accidentally finds some dusty, old documents in the basement of his bank, he thinks he has his answer. With the help of the town geologist, the papers reveal that the Freeman's zoo is sitting on gold. A lot of gold! With help from the town Mayor and the Mayor's bumbling nephew, they concoct a devious plan to get their hands on the gold. The greedy trio see the annual festival as the perfect opportunity to put their dangerous plan in to action and close the zoo forever. It didn't take long before Charlie Freeman and her loyal dog, Dugger catch on to the suspicious behavior of Bob and his gang. Charlie and Dugger gather their furry and some not so furry fellow members of the animal kingdom for a mission to save the zoo, and most importantly, their family. Will a bunch of animals be able to outsmart the greedy bad guys in time, or will it be too late? What will happen to the Little Ponderosa Zoo and to the hundreds of animals that call it home?
