Karsu's Turkse Keuken

Köfte is delicious for the barbecue, and around Karsu's neighborhood there is always a struggle over who makes the most delicious ones. In Karsu's family it is Uncle Kenan, so he will be there to taste the end result.

According to Karsu, this dish is suitable for breakfast, but if you find garlic a bit heavy at this time of day, it can also be very good as brunch or lunch with a friend. Which is exactly the reason why Karsu invited her friend and violinist Cisem.
