A Glorious Delegation to Pyongyang
Four friends, coming from different parts of the word, leave for North Korea (DPRK) during the meeting between Kim Jung-un and Moon Jae-in. They accompany one of them, Davide Rossi, essayist, teacher and member of the Communist Party (Switzerland), who has received an invitation from the Central Committee of the Worker’s Party in Pyongyang. He brings as a gift to the Koreans his latest book, entitled: “The Present-day Relevancy of Marx.” The film follow the four friends in their daily confrontation of ideas and opinions that, beyond their political and ideological believes, document the life of the most enigmatic and denigrated country of the world. Their journey ends on May 1st in Beijing, where the four friends ask the Chinese, the today's most important economic power in the world, what they think about Socialism and Karl Marx.
