James Rae

James Rae was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. James Rae had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as "Joy" (1983), "The King Chronicle" (1988) and the Gary Oldman thriller "Criminal Law" (1989). He also was featured in the miniseries "Champagne Charlie" (1988-89). He also appeared in the TV movie "Liberace: Behind the Music" (CBS, 1988-89). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in the dramedy "Enemies, A Love Story" (1989) with Lena Olin, the action movie "Backstab" (1990) with James Brolin and the Alexandra Paul thriller "The Paperboy" (1994). He also starred in the TV movies "Kids of the Round Table" (Disney, 1995-96) and "Pretty Poison" (Fox, 1996-97). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Dead Zone" (USA, 2001-07). He also was featured in the TV movies "The Audrey Hepburn Story" (ABC, 1999) and "Obsessed" (Lifetime, 2002-03). James Rae most recently acted in the Leonardo DiCaprio box office smash dramatic biopic "The Aviator" (2004).
