Mina Starsiak Hawk

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mina Starsiak was a waitress, and her mother an attorney, when they decided to take a stab at flipping houses in the early 2000s. Mina earned her real estate agents license, and in 2008, the pair decided to make it a business and opened Two Chicks and a Hammer, Inc., with the intention of rehabilitating and remodeling homes in the area, frequently with the help of their extended family. The pair caught the eye of HGTV executives, and in 2016 their show "Good Bones" (HGTV, 2016-) premiered. The show followed the pair, along with frequent collaborators Tad (Mina's half-brother), and Lenny (Tad's former step-father), as they try to fix up a house during each episode.
