Neil Harbisson

Neil Harbisson is a Catalan-raised, Northern Irish-born[17]cyborg artist and transpecies activist based in New York City. [18] He is best known for being the first person in the world with an antenna implanted in his skull[19] and for being legally recognized as a cyborg by a government. [20][21] His antenna sends audible vibrations through his skull to report information to him. This includes measurements of electromagnetic radiation, phone calls, music as well as video or images which are translated into audible vibrations. [22] His WiFi-enabled antenna also allows him to receive signals and data from satellites. [23]
