Mad About You

When a planned evening alone turns into an impromptu dinner party, Paul and Jamie become resourceful in trying to find time alone.

A nervous Paul invites a curious Jamie to accompany him and Selby to a college get-together and an impromptu reunion with an old flame (Lisa Edelstein).

Paul and Jamie are enjoying a quiet Sunday at home together, determined to do something quietly together before their friends' plans intrude on their day.

Paul and Jamie disagree over which sofa to have in their new home, so Jamie drags him to the department store to choose a new one, but he hyperventilates while there; Paul learns that Mark was Jamie's gynecologist.

Jamie wins a big advertising account, but her celebrations are ruined when Paul's film about the Yankee Stadium is rejected by a network and he's very upset.

An unexpectedly long visit by her parents (Nancy Dussault, Paul Dooley) drives Jamie mad, to the extent that she bribes her sister Lisa to come and keep her company before she goes crazy; Paul feels like the odd man out.
