After Madam Sybelle and her Banshees have put ringleaders of a notorious jewelry gang behind the bars, they return to routine training. New recruits to the Banshees – Joey, Phoebe, Ding and Susanna – soon blend themselves into the daily pursuit for tougher and fun. Lo, the anti-terrorist expert, is to inspect the Tigers and Banshees.
