Michael Marcus

Michael Marcus was an actor who was familiar with the qualities it takes to bring a drama to the big screen. Marcus worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Chips, the War Dog" (Disney, 1989-1990), "Cold Heaven" (1992) and "Dirty Laundry" (1998). He also contributed to "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Misfits" (E4, 2009-2014) and "Ripper Street" (2012-16). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the dramatic adaptation "The Believer" (2002) with Ryan Gosling. More recently, he continued to act in "The Invisible Woman" (2013) and the Tom Payne adventurous drama "The Physician" (2014). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The White Queen" (Starz, 2012). Marcus most recently acted in the biographical drama "The Theory of Everything" (2014) with Eddie Redmayne.
