Moving On

T1 E3: Three years have passed since the tragic accident, three years in which Haruka has been in a coma. Takayuki and Mitsuki are in a loveless relationship, lacking in joy and ridden with guilt. Neither followed through with their plans after high school, and their lot in life is not the shining dream they once expected. Takayuki has an abusive, unfulfilling job at a local restaurant and Mitsuki gave up competitive swimming, once her passion. Of their old group, only Shinji has made something of his life.
